A neutral and peaceful place for discussions
Away from the hustle and bustle of the fair but still in the midst of things, the Waterlounge represents neutral and attractive ground for arranging meetings, conducting interviews, writing reports and taking a break over an espresso or a glass of water at the bar. The Waterlounge is designed to supplement the services offered by the Press Centre with a homely touch. The lounge atmosphere with comfortable groups of seats differs agreeably from the trade-fair architecture and offers a relaxed atmosphere with subdued lighting where people can get to know each other quickly and easily. The Waterlounge is the ideal place for intensive discussions with designers, architects and representatives of the sector. Information about water Naturally, the Waterlounge offers more on the subject of water than simply the product in bottled form. The name says it all. The main focal point in terms of content and design is the 'private spa'. After all, the bathrooms have moved on from being more than just a comfortable, functional and elegant design product, and wellness in the bathroom means more than 'just' a whirlpool and rain shower. Increasingly, it is soft factors, such as ambience, atmospheric settings and ritualistic usage, that influence consumer decisions regarding the bathroom's furnishings and facilities. Modern consumer demand is for a holistic design that brings together sensuousness and luxury in a new concept combining wellness and privacy in an ideal way: the private spa. The private spa concept brings together the expertise of the sector, lifestyle, design and future-oriented architecture. The idea owes its growing popularity among consumers primarily to the sophisticated bathroom architecture to be found in hotels all around the world. Information about the latest trends in this field, about concepts and about the opportunities for all concerned will be presented in the Waterlounge. Happy Hour ISH Press evening at the Waterlounge The traditional Happy Hour of Messe Frankfurt will also be held in the Waterlounge this year. Journalists from home and abroad are cordially invited to round off the second day of the fair in a pleasant atmosphere and company from 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 7 March 2007. With a musical and culinary background including exotic cocktails. |
