The Design Plus competition of Messe Frankfurt is one of the most important supra-sector trademarks for innovative design. Through the name extension Design Plus powered by ISH two established brands will focus attention jointly on the products selected for award and ensure successful publicity, even stronger than before.As in previous years, Design Plus 2011‚ is aimed at all exhibitors of ISH.

The Design Plus Award is presented for outstanding and particularly innovative design. Other criteria, including climate protection, energy efficiency and sustainability are also considered to be important. For manufacturers and designers the Design Plus award represents an outstanding marketing instrument. It signals to the consumer that the product is of a high quality, well above-average.
